We would like to introduce a case where our "Heat Transfer Circulation Device" was implemented by a major plastic molding company. The company required a stable heating control device that uses water at high temperatures. As a solution, we provided a temperature control device that circulates a specially heated and cooled liquid (heat transfer medium) within the machinery and equipment to maintain the target object at a constant temperature. After implementation, it was possible to use water as a medium at maximum temperatures of 160°C and 180°C, and with the standard electric pressure pump, it could be used even with low water supply pressure.
